You may submit either your original tape, or a copy of the clip on a separate tape. You can send in a DVD, VHS, 8mm or MiniDV. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected tapes/disks, so if your tape is very valuable to you, you should send us a copy. You may submit more than one clip on a single tape. Cue the tape to the clip you are submitting. Describe all details of the submission—what makes it unique… names of players, teams, score, etc. Make sure you include your name, address, and phone number on the submission. If you wish to have your tape returned, enclose a check or money order made out to Loud Communications in the amount of $5.00. If you sent in a $5.00 check or U.S. money order for return, we will do so. You can expect your tape to be returned within 3 months. If you did not ask for your tape to be returned, it will eventually be destroyed. All submissions shall become the sole property of Producer and may be used in any manner in all media. Please keep a copy of your submission. Producer reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission.
Will you notify me if you decide to air my clip?
Once a clip has been chosen to appear in a show, we attempt to contact the owner and notify them of the first airdate. In order for us to contact you in a timely manner, please keep us up to date with your current address and phone number. We will send you a release form once we have decided to air your submission.
Do I need to sign a release?
Yes. Entrants whose clips are chosen for inclusion in a program must sign a Release and Indemnity in the form presented attesting, among other things, to the fact that they are the rightful owners of the submitted clips and that the clip may be submitted and broadcast without obtaining permission from or making any payment to any third party. All persons appearing in the clips must sign consent forms and/or releases (which shall grant to Producer the right to use such person's name, voice and likeness). A custodial parent or legal guardian must sign the consent/release form for minors. These release and/or consent forms will be provided by the Producer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the submission of a videotape constitutes the submitter's permission to use the videotape (and the name, voice and likeness of the submitter) in and in connection with the program and all exploitations thereof, including, without limitation, advertising and promotion, in all media, and, further, constitutes the submitter's representation that all necessary consents and permissions therefore have been obtained.
Each entrant represents that his/her submission does not infringe on any third party's copyrighted material, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
By submitting your videotape each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Loud Communications, LLC, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees, and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claim or liability arising from or related to submission of the entry.
All Entrants agree that neither Producer nor Loud Communications, LLC is responsible for any error, omission, interruption, delay, deletion or defect with respect to the transmission and/or broadcast of any program including, without limitation, any local, regional or national preemption (whether partial or total).
All entrants must sign all consent forms, general releases and other authorizations in the form provided by Producer. Releases will include, among other things, a statement that the videos are the exclusive property of the entrant(s). Releases must be obtained from all identifiable persons depicted in videos. Parent or guardian must sign the consent/release form for minors.
